General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

You agree not to duplicate, replicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any of our renders, designs, products, or services without our prior written permission.

Commissions & Lead Times

Every piece is made to order once a commission is confirmed. Typical production lead times are 8–12 weeks, depending on the piece, materials, and current workload — these are estimates only and subject to change.

Quoted lead times cover production alone and do not include transit. Please allow additional time for delivery and fulfillment once a piece is complete.

Once a piece has been approved and dispatched, responsibility for its condition transfers to the buyer.

Pricing & Quotes

Pricing is provided on request and confirmed individually for each commission. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and are not guaranteed until a quote has been formally issued and accepted.

Renders, Products & Materials

Our pieces are visualized using AI-assisted renders before being built by hand. We make every effort to represent colors, materials, and proportions as accurately as possible, but renders are a visual reference — not an exact representation of the finished, handcrafted piece. Interior Visuals is not responsible for discrepancies caused by the color or display settings of your screen.

Because our pieces are handmade from natural materials, variation in color, grain, veining, texture, and finish compared to the render or any sample is expected and is a feature of custom, handcrafted objects — not a defect.

Natural variation in color, texture, dye lot, and material behavior may occur in all fabrics, leathers, woods, and stones used, and is not considered a defect.

Material and finish approvals are final. If you select or specify a material, you accept its inherent characteristics — including stretch, grain, veining, or texture — may affect the seams, tension, or overall appearance of the finished piece. Interior Visuals is not responsible for aesthetic outcomes resulting from a client-specified material, provided the piece is completed to a professional standard.

Quoted dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly, as is standard for handmade, made-to-order objects. Over time, natural materials may also develop imperfections due to fluctuations in temperature, humidity, and climate.

Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Occasionally our website, renders, or quotes may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to amend or cancel an order, including a confirmed commission, at any time without prior notice if information is found to be inaccurate.

We are under no obligation to update or clarify information on our website except as required by law. Content on our website is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon without confirming directly with our studio.

Payment

Payment terms — including any deposit required to begin production and the balance due before dispatch — are confirmed individually at the time a commission is accepted. Accepted payment methods will be shared with you directly by our studio.

Delivery

You are responsible for confirming that your commissioned piece will fit through all relevant access points at its final destination, including doorways, elevators, stairwells, and rooms. Interior Visuals is not responsible if a completed piece does not fit its intended space.

Cancellations & Returns

As every piece is bespoke and made to order specifically for you, all commissions are final once production has begun and are not eligible for return.

If you wish to cancel a commission before production has started, please contact us directly — any deposit paid may be non-refundable, as noted in your individual quote.

Changes to These Terms

We may update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting the updated version on our website. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Termination

Either party may end this agreement at any time by notifying the other that services are no longer desired. Obligations incurred prior to termination — including payment for work already completed — remain in effect after termination.

Interior Visuals Is Not Responsible For

• Damage caused by improper cleaning solutions or methods.
• Damage caused by improper installation or assembly by the client or a third party hired by the client.
• Damage or finish changes resulting from exposure to climate, humidity, or sunlight.
• Costs associated with the removal, re-installation, repair, or restoration of a piece after delivery.

Import Duties, Taxes & Customs

Interior Visuals does not cover or pre-pay import duties, customs taxes, VAT, brokerage, port, or inspection fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the client. Delivery delays caused by unpaid duties or customs holds are outside our responsibility.

Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that your use of our website or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or timely, or that all information obtained through our services will be complete or accurate.

Your use of our website and services is at your own risk. Interior Visuals is not liable for any consequential damages, loss, or claims arising from your use of our services or any commissioned piece, except where such limitation is not permitted by law — in which case our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be considered severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with any quote or commission agreement issued directly to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and Interior Visuals and supersede any prior communications on the same subject.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Argentina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
